Expand Your Powerwall 2 System

Enquire Now
Powerwall 3 is now compatible with Powerwall 2.
Add Powerwall 3 and expansion units to your existing system to increase your storage capacity while keeping the hardware you already own.

This means:

  • Better use of your solar energy
  • Longer backup during outages
  • Greater energy independence
  • More flexibility as your energy needs grow
When installing on a three-phase grid connection, Powerwall 3 output will be limited to 5 kW. Gateway 1 and Neurio Meter are not supported. Work with your Tesla Certified Installer to appropriately size, configure or upgrade your system.

Rebates & Incentives

You may also be eligible for upfront discounts on your Powerwall 3 and expansion units through the government’s Cheaper Home Batteries Program.
