Eligibility criteria
- Your household’s total taxable income is up to $210,000 per year
- The loan is available across NSW and is subject to Brighte and Plenti approval
- You are an Australian Citizen or Permanent resident
- You own the property (as an owner-occupier or landlord)
- The property is not social housing or used for short-stay accommodation
- You meet the finance provider’s credit assessment criteria
